What is your return policy?
 

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free replacement if the defect is reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

I just placed my order, how long until it ships?

All items ordered from our website are custom and made on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional “non-custom” products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal/holiday months, orders are processed within 7-10 business days and ready for shipping.

 

I made a mistake in my order, now what?

We allow changes to any order as long as it has not been longer than 24 hours since the time of your purchase. Customers can contact us here to request changes to an order.

 

I only received part of my order?

Some products on the site will ship from different locations even though you’ve purchased them in the same order. If you end up in this situation, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.

 

I have not received my order yet, now what?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, please contact us.
